Fields Visibility
The Fields Visibility page allows you to customize the column layout for "Recordings", "Users", "Groups" and other pages.
To specify which columns are visible, navigate to Administration > Customization > Fields Visibility.
Select the target tenant (if applicable) and click the Edit button for an appropriate list to change visible columns and their orders.
When done, click Save.

Custom columns (fields) are also supported for layout customization. For details on how to create custom fields, see Custom fields.

You can drag-and-drop columns from the Hidden Columns section to the Visible Columns section and vice versa as well as change their order.
