Single Sign-On using Broadworks Web Portal

MiaRec supports the Broadworks Single Sign-On user authentication. If enabled, MiaRec will verify the user credentials using Broadworks application.

To enable Broadworks web portal user authentication:

  1. Navigate to Administration > User Authentication> Broadworks Web Portal.

  2. Click Edit Configuration.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

  4. Enable - select this check box to enable the Broadworks Single Sign-On user authentication.

  5. Broadsoft Web Portal URL - specify the URL of Broadsoft application. The URL should be in the format https://<domain-name>. For example, https://portal.example.com.

  6. Optionally, under the Test Connection Settings section, you can test if the connection to the Broadsoft application is working by specifying the credentials to a test Broadsoft user account and clicking Test a Connection.

  7. Save your settings.

After that, on each user's profile you need to change Authentication type to Broadworks Web Portal.

Make sure to save your changes again.
