Search tenants

Navigate to Administration > Users Management > Tenants to see a list of existing tenants.

Using the Quick Search panel, you can search tenants by a tenant name.

By clicking the Advanced Search tab, you can perform a complex search when you need to be more precise and get specific results. For example, you can search for the tenants associated with a specific service provider.

Clone tenant

The fastest way to create multiple tenants with similar parameters is by clicking the Clone Tenant button on the tenant's profile page. A new tenant instance will be created, prompting you to supply any missing information that is required.

Branding

For each specific tenant, you can customize the appearance of MiaRec web portal so it uses its own custom branding. Specifically, you can

  • Replace default MiaRec UI colors with your company's branding colors.
  • Customize the sign-in page.
  • Modify the top navigation bar.
  • Apply custom CSS styling.

To enable branding settings:

  1. On a tenant's profile page, click the Branding tab.

  2. Click Edit Settings.

  3. Select the Branding check box and set up the UI theme/upload your own logo, etc.

  4. When done, Save your changes.
